Home Refinancing. Even with rising interest rates, refinancing your mortgage can make sense and allows you to save thousands of dollars per month on installment. With the money saved with a new, lower mortgage payment you can use your savings to pay off your other debts.

Cash Out. Alternate home refinancing, you may have enough equity in your home to collect and pay your debts. More importantly, even credit card debt is not deductible, a home equity loan is. In the end, you can reduce your debt and reduce your tax obligation by abstraction.
